I just want to say “Thank you so much” for all the wonderful things you do and all the love you give to people!!

2009, has been the WORST YEAR in my Life, but I sit and watch your show almost every day, and just cry. To think there are still people in this world that do so much good for others!!!

We immegrated from South Africa to Australia in 2007 as there were Land Claims on our Farms, so there was no future for our children as far as farming is concerned, life is not easy here, specially us South African’s being so spoilt.

My most adorable father (my Hero) took ill in January 2009, it broke my heart not being there all the time for him, he sadly passed away on the 23 July 2009, 1 and half weeks of being back in Australia my father in law had a massive heart attack, so back we went to South Africa to go and support him. Thank goodness God was good to us and the Drs pulled him through.

Just being back again 2 weeks, my daughters father in law passed away from a massive heart attack. The sad thing is they had just had a Baby Boy (Pieter) and named him after Grandpa, who fortunately saw him just after birth, but they were going to spend Christmas with them in South Africa so that they could get to know Pieter better.

My Son and his wife were expecting their 2nd Baby, but she miss carried at 8 weeks, which was traumatic for all of us!!!

But the wonderful thing is Ellen, when I sit and watch your show, and hear the people appauld you, and you give it back to them, it feels as if your energy comes to me as well!!! I love the way you dance and how you chuckle!!! I am no celeb, but it would be the biggest priviledge to be able to be and see you life!!!! So how about taking a trip to Perth Australia, so that I can just shake your hand and thank you for bringing some much JOY into my life every day!!!!!

Hi my name is crystal. i would like to have my room made over because my room is never organized at all every thing is mainly like all over the place. I am in a couple of sports basketball, and softball as well and i enjoy them both. What can i say about my self i am mostly quiet unless i know you then i can be very out going and loud. I love to write poems. i would like to turn my room into a more grown up room. so there is not kiddy stuff any more, except for my care bears i can not live with out my care bears. And shane West i am a huge fan of his my dream in life is to meet him personaly. When i moved into the basement my parents made my room and all it is about is them and nothing to do about me at all. Yes i do have a boy friend we have been dating for a while now and we are vary happy with each other. i want to also make my room look a little more romantic as well. samantha, and crystal are like my two best friends . And i could never live with out my cat lucky she is like a person to me. i know i probably sound like a dork but you cna ask any of my friends i need a new room just to chill and also my boy friend will agree wiht you also. Today there was a school shooting in Montreal, Quebec. Up here in Canada the radio and news are covering the event. So far 2 people have died. I’m writing on this board because CNN only had information on their website but they continue to ignore the incident. Not once did they mention it on tv.

I find this a disgrace and this is a prime example as to why some Canadians feel like Americans ignore us in critical times. Just last week Canadians were killed by friendly fire by Americans and we forgive you. It’s no one’s fault. But then something like this happens and it just makes us feel like you don’t care.

SO…this is a great opportunity for someone like ET to step up and show some class. Report on this issue and people who don’t normally watch ET will. It’ll show you have a lot more layers than just being a celebrity gossip show.

And if you don’t find that Important enough…here’s some gossip:

Ontario has a no-smoking indoors policy and it’s been made law now. SO far, everyone has been okay with it. Smokers just wait and smoke outside. HOwever, during the TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL this rule has been broken. And who broke it? None other than SEAN PENN.

It may seem like a silly rule to you but to me, a person who’s sister had cancer twice, I know how serious something like this is. THere’s an overwhelming amount of research saying that second hand smoke kills. Even a few exposures causes damage. So when I hear that SEAN PENN has broken the law (even for smoking) and more so, he’s not been charged, it makes me sick. i DON’T care if he’s a celebrity, rich or famous. He broke the law and should be charged.

I’m so sick and tired of people feeling ’sorry’ for celebrities or treating them like gods. They’re not above the law.

hey i also need toms address, i am doing a report in skool, and i have recently desided 2 do my favorite cartoon… spongebob, and we need to interview an xpert on our topic… please… i know that that sounds pretty wierd a young girl wants to do a report on spongebob… but we can do n/e thing we wanted… i was going to do aids… but i desided not to, but my best friends are doing some on Fetis (when the half of a twin gets infected, and the baby becomes pregnant) she is going to interview a collage professor, and my other friend is doing hers on Teen pregnancy… she is going to interview her 16 year old cuzn who has a baby. see, this is alot of percent of our grade, and i really need to talk to Tom Kenny as a expert on my topic, and as a resorec.. so please and thankyou!!
